Valley Forge Chapter 326 6th Annual Ghost Riders Weekend

August 2 - 5, 2013

You are invited to attend The Ghost Riders Weekend 2013 in Vermont.

The host Inn is The Gray Ghost Inn.  The other inns that are joining in with The Gray Ghost as hosts are: The Kitzhof, The Doveberry, The Matterhorn Inn, The Inn at Mount Snow and The Big Bears Inn. Gray Ghost is already booked with the guests from last year getting first choice if they would like to come back this year, but all the Inns are within a mile of each other. If you would like to be put on the waiting list for the Gray Ghost please have your contact person send an email to Bob Brooks @ This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The agenda for the weekend is very relaxed with no schedule. There is a meet and greet on Friday night at the Gray Ghost with snacks complements of Chapter 326. There is also a dinner on Saturday nights which is included in your registration fee.  We all get together to discuss the days rides, or plan Sundays ride. The owner of the Gray Ghost Inn is also a rider, and she has   prepared many pre-planned rides.  She is always willing to help you plan one of your own, and all the Inns are very motorcycle friendly.

The cost for the weekend is $372.90 double occupancy or $252.45 for single occupancy. This includes 3 nights stay with tax, home cooked breakfast every morning and also the Saturday night dinner at To be determined. We will be offering ride pins again this year at an extra charge. You will be able to order these items from the Chapter 326 website  when they are ready. If you came last year and would like to stay at the same Inn please let the contact person know and we will try and book your chapter all together at that Inn.

How do you register?

Contact Chapter President, Joseph Rittoper to register.  Joe will forward our chapter's list to Bob Brooks of Chapter 327 who will make all hotel reservations.  Once that is done, Bob will email Joe with the name of the Inn you will be staying in: at that time, each attendee will then need to call that Inn with their credit card information to complete the reservation. Bob will make every effort to place all members of your chapter at the same Inn.

Please do not call the Inns directly – all reservations MUST be handled by Bob Brooks.  After you receive your reservation confirmation from him - if you need to cancel, you will then notify Bob and the Inn.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made more than 21 days before your reservation date for full credit/refund.  Any cancellations made after the 21 day cut off will incur a charge for one night’s stay – the balance will be credited.
